“Great place. Only charges for services rendered, and is able to resuscitate air conditioners others will not for much less than the cost of a new system. And they are aware of plumbing issues such as a drain on a filtration system, that flushes itself weekly, and know it is something that might take up to an hour when normal. The best part is they are often easy to reach on weekends with a real person on the other end, more frequently than any other plumber I have dealt with.”

“Our gas furnace gave out yesterday morning. After calling a few companies and a couple of very dissatisfying visits from others we gave Big Dog a call. I wish I had called them in the first place! They were extremely professional, courteous, and even 5 minutes early to the appointment. I have two kids and they were just as concerned about them in the cold as we were.
